TriMega will reimburse each "dues paying member dealership" for up to two nights at the TriMega group room rate for each hotel. Dealers who must travel 100 miles or more to the meeting in your assigned region can submit for 2 nights of hotel reimbursement (for Wed & Thur) nights. Click here for details.
Why do some dealers only get reimbursed for one night?
You may remember that in the past, TriMega only reimbursed members for one room night for the Regional Meetings. Based on feedback from members that have to travel from far to attend the meeting in their region, we increased the number of room nights reimbursed to (up-to) two. This allows those dealers who must travel further than 100 miles to a meeting to arrive the Wednesday evening, and depart on the Friday (two hotel nights). Most dealers within 100 miles travel to the meeting the morning of (Thursday) and depart Friday and therefore only require one night hotel stay.
When do hotel reservations need to be made by?
The TriMega group rate is available until the dates listed below — so be sure to make your reservations early! Reservations made after these dates are accepted based on availability at the prevailing guest room rates. Book now.

Can I pay my way to Connect 2010 with the United/TriMega Furniture Program? How does this work?
Yes, if you earned travel vouchers in the 2009 United Stationers/TriMega Furniture Growth program, and have any unused credit, you can redeem it for airand car rentals for Connect 2010. Simply call 1-800-248-5662 ext. 8338 to reach the Adelman Incentive Desk. Identify yourself as a "TriMega/United" Voucher winner and Adelman will verify you against their records. Travel credit is good for 1 year from date of issue. Note, hotel reservations made through the Adelman Travel Desk cannot be made using TriMega group rate.
